PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION NOTICE:
50% down at signup (this is the nonrefundable deposit), balance due 3 weeks before departure.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation on your part we will refund 75% of your entire payment minus the non-refundable deposit (50% down) AND a $50 processing fee only if the cancellation is made 61 days or more prior to the scheduled dates for a trip. Payments are non-refundable 60 days or less from the trip dates. We recommend all participants purchase travel insurance just in case.
